Oak Haven brings together experienced tradespeople and independent professionals to carry out the work each property requires. This gives you a coordinated refurbishment service, with one principal point of contact organising the trades and overseeing progress.
Depending on the agreed works, we coordinate carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, decorating and specialist improvements. Independent engineers, surveyors and other professionals can be engaged where inspections or specialist advice are required.
We plan the sequence of work, coordinate schedules and monitor expenditure and workmanship. You remain informed throughout the project, with changes to the agreed scope or budget discussed with you before proceeding.

Led by Patrick Maher, Oak Haven Properties draws on over 35 years of hands-on experience in high-end residential construction, refurbishment, restoration and finishing.
This experience helps us assess the work a property requires, recognise potential refurbishment challenges and prepare practical plans and indicative budgets. Following purchase, we coordinate the agreed improvements, overseeing trades, schedules, expenditure and workmanship through to completion.
You benefit from one principal point of contact throughout the project, with independent professionals providing structural, legal, financial and valuation advice where required.
Costs and Professional Services
Before you engage Oak Haven, we explain the agreed service, our fees and responsibilities. Refurbishment proposals set out the scope of works, indicative expenditure and any items requiring further inspection or quotations.
Property purchase costs, refurbishment works and independent professional fees are identified separately. These may include legal fees, stamp duty, finance costs, structural inspections, valuations, BER assessments and sale or letting fees.
You appoint your own legal, financial and tax advisers. Where agreed, Oak Haven can coordinate access and appointments for independent inspections and specialist assessments.
Changes to the agreed refurbishment scope or budget are discussed with you for approval before proceeding.
